1.Platform Information This Platform is operated by Ourrea Holdings, Inc. (“Company”) and branded as the Local Services Platform (“Platform”). The Platform is accessible at: https://local.ourrea.com/.

2.Nature of the Platform The Platform is an information-sharing and business-connection platform only. It enables users to discover, communicate with, and obtain referrals to independent third-party service providers. The Company does not provide any actual services and is not a party to any transaction, contract, or agreement between users and service providers.

3.Independent Contractors Certain platform functions may be performed by independent contractors. These contractors are not employees or agents of the Company and have no authority to bind the Company. The Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or statements of independent contractors.

4.No Verification or Endorsement The Platform does not verify, endorse, or warrant the qualifications, licenses, insurance, or integrity of any user or service provider, nor the quality, safety, or accuracy of any information posted. Users engage with others at their own risk.

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user to the Company in the preceding 12 months, or USD $0 if no fees were paid.

7.Offline Events & Food Safety Offline activities organized by local partners or volunteers are not led by the Company. The Company is not responsible for food safety, allergens, or physical injuries occurring at these events. Participation is at the user's own risk.

8.User Obligations & Conduct Users agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws. Users shall not use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. Users are solely responsible for their conduct on and off the Platform.

9.Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from their use of the Platform, their interactions with others, or their violation of these Terms.

10.Intellectual Property All Platform content, branding, and software are owned by the Company. Users grant the Company a license to use and display any content they submit for the purpose of operating the Platform.

11.Suspension & Termination The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate user access or remove content at any time, with or without notice.

12.Arbitration & Class Action Waiver ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNDER AAA RULES. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

13.Governing Law & Privacy These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy located at: https://www.ourrea.com/privacy-policy. In case of inconsistency, the English version prevails.
